Director Product Management

How you contribute to our mission
  • you are responsible for defining and executing the strategic direction for our product portfolio
  • you constantly analyze global market trends and embed these into product adjustments and pipeline developments
  • you define the global go to market strategies in close collaboration with Regional Directors
  • you collaborate with research, development, product registration, marketing, sales and customer support teams to ensure cohesive product development and launch
  • you define and monitor KPIs to assess product performance and drive continuous improvement
  • you communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the organization
  • you keep customer focus: you participtate in customer visits, conferences and exhibitions and give presentations
  • you mentor and lead the team of Product Platforms, Product Development, Trial Managment, Regulatory and Sustainability
What you should bring to this position
  • you have at least 10 years of relevant professional experience and +5 years of leadership experience
  • ideally, you have a university degree in Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Sciences, Biotechnology or similar
  • you convince with in depth understanding of the Animal Nutrition and Feed Additive Industry and market dynamics
  • you possess strong management competencies, including decision-making, planning, organization, leadership, and control
  • you navigate easily thru different cultures and communicate and present fluently in English language, German language skills are of advantage
