Jan is Belgian but considers himself a citizen of the world, having spent a large part of his life in Singapore, Austria, Germany and traveling around the world. He started his career as a microbiologist. In EW Nutrition, he now leads the strategic development of the company and oversees commercial success around the world. He is passionate about people and a good future for animal protein, and also likes to enjoy it with a good glass of wine or a nice cold beer with his family or friends … what else to expect from a Belgian.

Tonchy started his career in the chemical industry and quickly moved to animal nutrition, over 20 years ago. He oversees the operational side of EW Nutrition, as well as R&D and Product Management. He has learned to take his rest on airplanes, in between EW Nutrition's many locations around the world. He comes from Spain, lives in Germany, and has some Croatian blood. Off the clock, he enjoys time with his family, cooking paella, and often travels to Spain to get an infusion of sun, warmth, and good wine.

Michael Mueller started his professional career at PwC and has kept his passion for numbers alive ever since. This makes him the perfect person to oversee EW Nutrition's fiscal and financial health. He does also have a human side, not just as the person accountable for Human Resources, and has been known to occasionally laugh and have fun with his team. Outside of work, he enjoys running very early in the mornings and loves spending time with his family, either at home or traveling.

Ludger Johannes has been with EW Nutrition for 18 years, joining relatively soon after the company's birth. He oversees Sales in Central/Western Europe and still enjoys spending time with customers and solving difficult problems. He grew up on a farm in Northern Germany, and still likes to help along whenever he can. When he's not at work or traveling to meet customers or partners, he's probably spending time with his family and/or friends - or he's out walking his dog and talking on the phone.
