How you contribute to our mission

• You are responsible for managing and optimizing all operational business processes at our productions sites Bremen and Visbek (+35 Heads)
• You coordinate efficient workflows in production, logistics, and supply chain
• You ensure compliance with quality, cost, and time targets as well as legal and regulatory requirements at all times
• You act as a coordinator in collaboration with other departments (e.g., Sales, Procurement, HR, IT) and business partners
• You take on both the professional and disciplinary leadership of the Operations team and actively promote the development of your employees
• You plan and manage the budget within the operational area
• Based on data analysis and key performance indicators, you derive and implement measures to increase efficiency — for example, through process improvement projects such as Lean Management or digitalization initiatives

What you should bring to this position

• You hold a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a comparable field.
• You have at least 5–7 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally within the feed or food production industry
• Your analytical thinking and strong organizational skills set you apart
• You enjoy working with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
• You bring a high level of initiative, decisiveness, and a hands-on mentality
• Your profile is rounded off by excellent German and English language skills
