Deine Rolle

Als erfahrener Anlageningenieur (gn) bei EW Biotech GmbH gestaltest Du die Zukunft unserer biotechnologischen Produktionsanlagen aktiv mit. Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung, Entwicklung und Optimierung verfahrenstechnischer Anlagen – vom Pilotmaßstab bis hin zur industriellen Produktion.
In deiner Rolle übernimmst du die technische Projektleitung bei anspruchsvollen Anlagenbauprojekten – von der Konzeptstudie bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme. Dabei behältst du stets regulatorische Anforderungen und Sicherheitsstandards im Blick und trägst so maßgeblich zur sicheren und effizienten Anlagenbetreibung bei.

Das sind deine Aufgaben
  • Technische Leitung und Koordination von Anlagenbauprojekten – von der Konzeption bis zur Inbetriebnahme
  • Optimierung technischer Anlagen in verschiedenen Projektphasen
  • Verantwortung für die lückenlose technische Anlagendokumentation
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben, Normen und betrieblicher Sicherheitsstandards (z.B. HSE, ArbSchG, GenTG, Umweltschutz)
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Behördenabnahmen
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungen für Inbetriebnahmen sowie den laufenden Betrieb unserer Anlagen
  • Bereitstellung technischer Expertise sowie Übernahme der fachlichen Führung bei der Ursachenanalyse, Fehlerbehebung und technischen Problemstellungen im laufenden Anlagenbetrieb
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Entwicklung, Qualität und Management zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Anlagen und Prozessen

Mit deinem Fachwissen und deinem strukturierten Vorgehen trägst du maßgeblich dazu bei, unsere Anlagen effizient, sicher und zukunftsfähig zu gestalten.

Das bringst du für die Position mit
  • Abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium mit Vertiefung in Anlagen- und Maschinenbau oder Verfahrenstechnik
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im (Chemie)-Anlagenbau, der Planung oder in der Leitung von Produktionsanlagen – gern in den Bereichen Bioverfahrenstechnik oder Lebensmitteltechnik
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Projektleitung technischer Investitionsprojekte, sowie Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung oder Koordination von interdisziplinären Teams
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur strukturierten Problemlösung sowie technische Führungskompetenz im Rahmen von Troubleshooting und kontinuierlicher Optimierung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie exzellente Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, um als Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung, Produktion, Qualität und externen Partnern zu agieren

Purchase Manager (gn)

Das sind deine Aufgaben
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Beschaffungsplanung unserer deutschen Produktionsstandorte sowie für externe Lohnhersteller
  • Du treibst die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Prozesse und Standards voran, z.B. optimierst Du Planungsparameter mit Fokus auf effiziente Materialflüsse und eine stabile Lieferantenstruktur
  • Du bearbeitest produktbezogene Reklamationen und sorgst für eine enge Abstimmung mit Lieferanten und Partnern
  • Du pflegst und entwickelst alle relevanten Prozesse, Dokumente und Stammdaten im QM- und ERP-System weiter – selbstverständlich gemäß den gesetzlichen Anforderungen im Futtermittelbereich
  • Du leitest oder unterstützt Projekte rund um Produktion und Supply Chain
  • Du analysierst bestehende Lieferantenbeziehungen und identifizierst neue internationale Beschaffungsquellen zur Preis- und Prozessoptimierung und unterstützt die Produktentwicklung durch das Screening neuer Rohstoffe
  • Du führst Verhandlungen über Verträge, Preise und Konditionen mit externen Produktions- und Logistikpartnern – immer im Sinne unserer Unternehmensziele
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Kommunikation mit externen Produktionspartnern und sorgst für eine transparente, nachhaltige Dokumentation

Das bringst du für die Position mit
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Supply Chain Management, Agrar- oder Lebensmitteltechnologie – oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du kennst Dich im aktuellen Futtermittelrecht aus – das ist ein Muss
  • Du kannst komplexe Dokumente und gesetzliche Vorgaben analysieren und umsetzen
  • Du hast Erfahrung im internationalen Lieferantenmanagement und bringst ein starkes Netzwerk im Bereich Rohstoffe mit
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und behältst auch bei komplexen Aufgaben den Überblick

Product Manager Animal Care (gn)

Your Role
  • You accompany and support the products during the entire life cycle and are Number 1 contact for any product related questions for an assigned product portfolio (skin care, sprays, gels, swine and poultry products)
  • You response and execute the global market and competitive analysis and develop go-to-market strategies
  • You present and represent our products towards internal and external stakeholders, e.g. by giving in-house trainings and presentations at exhibitions and conferences
  • Selling is your passion: You will spend a significant portion of your time supporting our customers, both virtual and on-site

Global Supply Chain Specialist – Planning & Purchasing (gn)

Your Role
  • You are responsible for tactical & operative production planning for our Globigen Business Unit
  • You safeguard the effective and efficient use of resources (people, machines, materials and space) and quality
  • You monitor operational production outcomes and drive the continuous improvement of planning parameters, processes and standards
  • You proactively support and follow-up on production-related complaints
  • You manage and maintain all relevant processes and documentation in compliance with company standards within the QM and ERP systems
