La enfermedad &#8216;colibacilosis&#8217; puede ocurrir en diferentes formas:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Onfalitis: una infecci\u00f3n no contagiosa del ombligo y \/ o saco vitelino en aves j\u00f3venes<\/li>\n<li>Peritonitis \u2013 respuesta inflamatoria en la &#8220;colocaci\u00f3n interna&#8221; (material vitelino en el peritoneo)<\/li>\n<li>Salpingitis \u2013 inflamaci\u00f3n del oviducto<\/li>\n<li>Celulitis \u2013 decoloraci\u00f3n y engrosamiento de la piel, inflamaci\u00f3n de los tejidos subcut\u00e1neos<\/li>\n<li>Sinovitis \u2013 cojera con articulaciones inflamadas<\/li>\n<li>Coligranuloma (enfermedad de Hj\u00e4rre) \u2013 lesiones similares a la tuberculosis, no de importancia econ\u00f3mica<\/li>\n<li>Meningitis, y<\/li>\n<li>Septicemia o envenenamiento de la sangre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dado que algunas de las\u00a0<em>cepas de E. coli<\/em>\u00a0a veces pueden transmitirse verticalmente a la descendencia, es crucial mantener la presi\u00f3n pat\u00f3gena en la generaci\u00f3n parental lo m\u00e1s baja posible (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.poultryworld.net\/health-nutrition\/escherichia-coli-infections-in-broiler-production\/#:~:text=The%20recommendations%20follow%20a%20ProHealth,coli%20was%20the%20dominant%20condition.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mc Dougal, 2018<\/a><\/span>).<\/p>\n<p>Debido al uso com\u00fan de antibi\u00f3ticos, principalmente en pollitos j\u00f3venes,\u00a0<em>se han desarrollado cepas de E. coli resistentes a los antibi\u00f3ticos \u00df-lact\u00e1micos (E. coli<\/em>\u00a0productora\u00a0<em>de BLEE) o fluoroquinolonas (por ejemplo, enrofloxacina).<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Clostridium perfringens: la causa de la enteritis necr\u00f3tica<\/h2>\n<p><em>Clostridium perfringens<\/em>\u00a0pertenece a la flora cecal normal. La enteritis necr\u00f3tica puede ocurrir en una forma cl\u00ednica y subcl\u00ednica.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de la enteritis necr\u00f3tica cl\u00ednica, las aves sufren diarrea que resulta en heces h\u00famedas y aumento de la mortalidad de la parvada de hasta un 1% por d\u00eda (Ducatelle y Van Immerseel, 2010). La transmisi\u00f3n ocurre a trav\u00e9s del contacto directo con un animal infectado, el consumo de productos animales contaminados como carne o huevos, el contacto con vectores infectados (insectos o mascotas) o equipos contaminados, o la contaminaci\u00f3n cruzada en la cocina. Los productos de pollo congelados o crudos, as\u00ed como los huevos, son causas frecuentes de infecciones por Salmonella de origen animal en humanos.<\/p>\n<p>La salmonela es m\u00e1s cr\u00edtica cuanto m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes son las aves. \u00a0Si los huevos para incubar ya portan salmonelas, la incubabilidad disminuye. Durante sus primeras semanas de vida, los pollitos infectados muestran una mayor mortalidad e infecciones sist\u00e9micas.<\/p>\n<p>Los animales adultos generalmente no mueren de salmonelosis; a menudo, la infecci\u00f3n pasa desapercibida. Durante un brote agudo de salmonela, los animales pueden mostrar debilidad y diarrea. Pierden peso, lo que resulta en una disminuci\u00f3n de la producci\u00f3n de huevos en las ponedoras.<\/p>\n<h2>Los ensayos con fitomol\u00e9culas muestran resultados prometedores<\/h2>\n<p>Para comprobar si los productos a base de fitomol\u00e9culas pueden influir eficazmente en la flora intestinal, se prob\u00f3 un producto especialmente dise\u00f1ado para la salud intestinal (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ew-nutrition.com\/animal-nutrition\/products\/ventar-d\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ventar D<\/a><\/span>) por su actividad antimicrobiana. Adem\u00e1s, se evalu\u00f3 el grado en que la misma mezcla afect\u00f3 a las bacterias beneficiosas, como los lactobacilos.<\/p>\n<h4>Ensayo 1: Las fitomol\u00e9culas act\u00faan contra E. coli y Salmonella ent\u00e9rica<\/h4>\n<p>El estudio in vitro utilizando el m\u00e9todo de diluci\u00f3n de agar se llev\u00f3 a cabo en un laboratorio alem\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>Las bacterias (<em>Salmonella typhimurium<\/em>\u00a0y E. coli productora\u00a0<em>de BLEE) almacenadas a -80\u00b0C se reactivaron cultiv\u00e1ndolas en Agar Mueller Hinton durante la noche. Despu\u00e9s de esta incubaci\u00f3n, algunas colonias fueron recogidas y suspendidas en 1 ml de soluci\u00f3n de NaCl al 0,9%. Se pipetearon 100 \u03bcl de la suspensi\u00f3n y se distribuyeron uniformemente (t\u00e9cnica de propagaci\u00f3n en placa) en el nuevo Agar Mueller Hinton que conten\u00eda diferentes concentraciones de un producto a base de fitomol\u00e9culas (Ventar D): 0 \u03bcg\/mL \u2013 control; 500 \u03bcg\/ml; 900 \u03bcg\/ml; 1.250 \u03bcg\/mL y 2.500 \u03bcg\/mL. Despu\u00e9s de 16-20 h de incubaci\u00f3n a 37\u00b0C, se evalu\u00f3 el crecimiento. fitog\u00e9nica de Ventar D fueron m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as que las colonias de control.<em> A 1250 \u03bcg \/ ml, se detectaron menos colonias, y a 2500 \u03bcg \/ ml, ya no se pod\u00eda ver el inhiben Clostridium perfringens sin afectar el crecimiento de los lactobacilos<\/h2>\n<p>En este ensayo, las bacterias (<em>Clostridium perfringens, Lactobacillus agilis S73, y Lactobacillus plantarum<\/em>) se cultivaron en condiciones favorables (MCR, 37\u00b0C, anaerobio para Clostr. perfr., y MRS, 37\u00b0C, 5 % de CO2 para Lactobacilos) y se expusieron a diferentes concentraciones de
