EW Nutrition production philosophy is based on the principles of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP). These are fundamental tools to consolidate our Quality Management System. With the major European GMP + certification – category B1, EW Nutrition ensures food safety throughout all steps of production.
These quality programs allow traceability and control of all the potential points of contamination during production. They ensure that EW Nutrition products comply with all the legal and technical specifications.
Enabled by its own laboratory capacity, EW Nutrition has full autonomy in carrying out routine analyzes and evaluations in order to monitor the quality in all stages of production and to enable the standardization of products and processes.
All sites do have the GMP+ certification or – like the US production site in Des Moines – they actually started the certification process.
